The products including box erector and sealer can all be customized based on the draft, drawings, sketch and even ideas provided by customers. To relieve the worries of customers, we can also send the sample to customers for quality check.
Customer requirements
According to the customer's existing drawings, 2 sets of automatic wrap around case packer machines and corresponding transitional conveyor lines are set in, so that the products of 4 specifications are automatically packed according to the established arrangement and the established capacity requirements after coming out of the upstream filling machine, so as to achieve a high degree of automation, reduce manual intervention and improve the efficiency of the production line.

Bottle unscrambler→ sterilization purge→ vacuum feeding→ powder transverse conveying (controlling the material level of powder metering machine), → powder filling machine→ vibrating small material tray→ micro combination weighing→ rotary measuring cup→ high-speed continuous filling machine→ nitrogen injection unit→ capping and capping machine→ bottle body cleaning

Due to the rapid development of China's beverage market, some foreign large beverage customers have established production bases in China and have also achieved good development. They have brought "multi-combination packaging" from abroad, which means that cluster packaging will bring revolutionary changes in the Chinese consumer market. At present, Canaly Packaging International Co., Ltd. has worked with some customers to develop some multi-combination packaging suitable for the Chinese market. They believe that small batches of packaging, such as 6-can and 8-can cluster formats, will become the dominant packaging format. On the other hand, large stores such as Carrefour and Wal-Mart have also begun to require suppliers to use more cluster packaging, because it can be easily stored and can play a neat and beautiful effect on the shelf.
