The End of Wet Wipes Automatic Case Packaging Line

Whole Line Description 
The End of wet wipes Case Packaging Line is customized for European customers based on the arrangement of wet wipes inside the carton, using a Twin-axis mechanical arm to pick and place. This end of case packing line mainly consists of a transition conveyor line, a wet wipe shaping device, a double-servo belt grouping mechanism, an automatic Case erector machine, a Double-servo Robotic-Arm Case Packer, a Carton tape sealing machine, and a roller line. Among them, the Case Erector, Carton sealer, Roller conveyor line, and Case Packer are standard machines, while the wet wipe shaping and grouping mechanism are customized equipment. The most challenging aspect is the vacuum compliance gripper of the case packer, which needs to be compatible with 6 types of products.After comparative testing, sponge vacuum suction cups were selected instead of traditional silicone suction cups, which not only meets the compatibility of multiple specifications but also enhances the product's protection.

The Camera Identification system is a technology that simulates human vision using computers. It can convert environmental images captured by cameras or sensors into digital information, enabling the perception of an object’s shape, position, orientation, and motion. Industrial high-definition cameras scan the position and appearance of yogurt cups coming from the front end, and this information is transmitted in real time to the backend robot.

Side-Load Wrap Around Case Packer 

Side-Load Wrap around Case Packer, also called Side Pushing Wraparound Carton Packaging Machine,  is a compact way for small boxes or cups and cans wrap around case packaging. It's mainly used for beverage, Dairy Industries. This machine integrates products auto feeding, wrap around carton blanks auto forming, glue spraying and carton sealing in one then greatly reduce the production cost and workshop floor space.

Indexing transmission system eliminates inaccurate packing problem. 

Glue spraying is calculated by encoder, ensuring consistent glue spraying length on each carton and permits adjustment and memorizing at any time.
