Whole Line Description
The protein powder automatic cans filling line is developed by our company in accordance with national standards and GMP requirements, specifically to meet the industry’s needs for high-volume and high-precision dosing of protein powder.
The end of line mainly includes an automatic cans Rotary feeding turntable, a vacuum feeding system, an empty can sterilizer, a dual-head Auger filler, an automatic spoon dispenser, an automatic caps feeding and capping machine, an electromagnetic induction sealer, a can-side cleaning machine, a metal detector, a weighing and rejection system, and corresponding conveyor lines.
Based on customer requirements, the line can also be expanded with additional secondary packaging processes, achieving a fully automated end-of-line packaging system that covers automatic material conveying, dosing, filling, inspection, labeling, Casepacking, and palletizing.
The main structure of machine in the line is made of S.S304

The machine is designed in term of National "QS" and "GMP" with European designing ideas.
It's available to store 10 kinds of working parameters in the machine for flexible product changeover.
For the dusty materials, we can add a vacuum device to keep the workplace clean .
By changing the Screw model to scale different dosing weight.
The machine has second weighting and filling after the first filling to make sure high accuracy and packing speed.

Low-level Palletizer
Safety
No operator is allowed to enter into the working range of machine. Operator and machine cannot work simultaneously within the joint operation area.
Guard fence shall be arranged around the working area of machine.
Operators who enter into the guard fence must have safety training. Safety switch of guard fence is treated as emergency stop.
All operable control devices of the system shall be installed outside the guard fence.
Necessary operating conditions must be checked before automatic start, re-start and manual operation of machine.

This machine have powered outfeed conveyor and powered conveyorized turntable system and is able to transport a wrapped load from the turntable to the outfeed conveyor if there is no wrapped load on the outfeed conveyor. The operator can start wrap cycle by remote control and the film is automatically attached and cut, allowing the operator to do other tasks. This arrangement eliminates the need for operators to place unwrapped loads on the floor, then pick them up again when the turntable is clear.
