Specific Structures Description
Independent servo control, based on the diameter of the product, can quickly and automatically adjust the width of the bottle separating plate through the rotation of the connecting rod and screw nut, thereby achieving quick change function.
The chain adopts a fully enclosed chain track design to prevent contamination of the cardboard box surface and reduce chain derailment during operation; Independent servo control ensures that cardboard and products are synchronously transported to the box spraying area. Even when there are no bottles, there is always cardboard on the inclined path. When the bottles arrive, the cardboard conveyor starts running, ensuring the synchronization between the bottles and cardboard. This can effectively prevent the occurrence of situations where there are bottles but no paper or paper but no bottles.
he folding conveying part adopts imported high friction roller chains to prevent the cardboard box from slipping, with good forming effect. It will not stop due to slipping here, will not affect efficiency, and will not cause secondary pollution to the cardboard box.
The folding and folding conveyor belts are independently driven by one servo motor to ensure complete synchronization between the folding wheel and the folding conveyor belt. They can be quickly switched and adjusted through a program. Other paper packaging machines use servo motors for folding, but the folding conveyor is not a separate servo motor and can be switched through a program. However, if adjustments are needed, it will delay time and cannot achieve fast synchronization between the folding conveyor and the folding wheel.
Real time monitoring of equipment operation throughout the entire process. All work steps are detected by sensors with automatic diagnostic function. When any error occurs, the equipment will automatically shut down, the alarm light will flash, and the error type will be displayed on the operation screen.
