Cardboard Side-Feed Wraparound Case Packer

Cardboard Side-Feed Wraparound Case Packer that means the carton is fed into the machine from the side of the channel, then folded into an “L” shape to wrap around the bottle. It is then wrapped from top to bottom. After the inner flaps are closed and hot melt adhesive is applied, the outer flaps are folded and pressed by a pneumatic device. The long upper flap is closed by a top pressing plate. The formed carton is conveyed out by a segmented chain driven by the machine’s main shaft.

    Low impact Cans infeeding

    The Cans feeding conveyor belt is driven by a variable frequency motor and uses a plastic chain mesh conveyor belt

    Equipped with a frequency converter to control the Cans feeding conveyor chain connected to the equipment, ensuring smooth entry of Cans into each column channel

    The arrangement and quantity of Cans in each column are controlled by sensors at the top of the conveyor belt.

    Grouping Structure

    Group Cans according to the required quantity for packaging, and then control the movement distance of each group of cans with a cans pushing rod to synchronize with the cardboard, and push the cans onto the cardboard

    Continuous servo cans separation, easy and reliable debugging

    The Cans pushing rod device is equipped with a clutch. When the Cans is stuck during pouring, the clutch will automatically disengage, causing the machine to stop. After the fault is resolved, turn the clutch handwheel to reset.

    The cardboard is taken out piece by piece from the fingerboard compartment by a mechanical arm with a suction head, placed in the middle of the guide rail, and sent to the bottom of the Cans. When two gears control the push plate to feed the Cans, the Cans will sit on the cardboard and finally be packaged into a complete cardboard box

    The storage capacity of the cardboard warehouse can be large or small

    Controlled by sensors, no Cans left on cardboard

    Real time monitoring of equipment operation throughout the entire process. All work steps are detected by sensors with automatic diagnostic function. When any error occurs, the equipment will automatically shut down, the alarm light will flash, and the error type will be displayed on the operation screen.
