Automatic Pet Food Sachets Sorting Wraparound Carton Case Packaging Line is a customized designing end of case packing system based on the high speed sorting and wraparound case packaging principle, tailored to the packaging characteristics of small sachets or sticks.
This end of case packaging line connects to the front-end Sachets Bagging machine. Disordered and messy Pet food sachets are manually placed into the storage hopper of the Sorting machine. After being conveyed by a belt elevator and multiple rows of rollers, the Sachets are transformed into a single-layer, orderly output. Following visual recognition and orientation adjustment, the sachets are finally aligned in a uniform direction and same side then fed into the servo grouping mechanism. After signal interaction between the PLC and the photoelectric sensor, the grouped sachets are conveyed by a belt into the buffer platform of the case packing station according to the preset quantity. Once the sensor detects the wraparound carton blanks positioning, the pneumatic device of the wrap around case packer machine pushes the counted sachets into the carton then completing the automatic carton forming and hot-melt sealing.

This machine have powered outfeed conveyor and powered conveyorized turntable system and is able to transport a wrapped load from the turntable to the outfeed conveyor if there is no wrapped load on the outfeed conveyor. The operator can start wrap cycle by remote control and the film is automatically attached and cut, allowing the operator to do other tasks. This arrangement eliminates the need for operators to place unwrapped loads on the floor, then pick them up again when the turntable is clear.
