Whole Line Description 

Automatic infant formula canning line is a fully customized production line developed by our company in accordance with national standards and GMP standards, meeting the hygiene requirements for infant food and tailored to customer needs. According to the production process, the line mainly consists of three parts: the raw material outer packaging handling system, the formula mixing, dosing, and filling system, and the secondary packaging system. These are respectively configured in the inner packaging workshop and the outer packaging workshop.

The main structure of machine in the line is made of S.S304

The machine is designed in term of National "QS" and "GMP" with European designing ideas.

By changing the Screw model to scale different dosing weight.

The cans filling machine has second weighting and filling after the first filling to make sure high accuracy and packing speed.

Filling system is driven by three sets of servo motor, accurate positioning, high precision and settable rotary speed. Reasonable mechanical structure, easy to change parts and clean up.

Applications 

The Automatic infant formula end of canning line is mainly suitable for Infant Formula Milk Powder automatic mixing, filling and vacuum seaming.

GMP Standard 
The production workshop performs partition and sealing treatment according to the process requirements. The packaging material storage room (cans, lids, spoons, rolls, etc.) and the inner packaging workshop (unpacking, feeding, canning, filling, sealing, etc.) must be a sterile purification workshop of 100000 level. Local companies with construction qualifications are required to implement it.

2 necessary cloakrooms should be set up for employees entering the inner packaging workshop. The first cloakroom should change into work clothes, and the second one should undergo necessary sterilization treatment.

A partition should be made between the visiting passage and the inner packaging workshop

Workshops are required to implement water sources, water pipes, fire-fighting facilities, sprinkler pipelines, sprinkler cleaning rooms, and waste storage rooms.

The residual oxygen level in the seamed can is less than or equal to 3%.

Caps auto pressing machine
This caps pressing machine is mainly composed of a cap storage and feeding unit, a cap orienting machine, a cap conveying channel, and a capping machine. It primarily performs the following functions:
Disordered round high caps are first aligned by the cap orienting machine so that each cap is oriented in the correct direction and fed into the cap conveying channel. The cap conveying system automatically delivers the caps to the position above the can. A pneumatic cylinder then applies downward pressure to securely fasten the cap onto the can. Once capped, the cans are transferred to the output station by a rotating disc, and the capped high caps are inspected. Qualified products are then sent to the next production stage.
Application Scope

The equipment is mainly used for round high caps and tamper-evident caps with relatively stable structural shapes.
