Given the high level of integration in downstream packaging, TECHFLOW collaborates with leading domestic robot manufacturers and servo motion control companies based on customer needs. Our standardized, automatic Mineral Water Case Packing Line is developed based on the dual-axis robotic arm picking principle, tailored to bottled water packaging characteristics. This case packer connects to the bottled water filling line and is compatible with common bottle sizes (250ml, 500ml, 1L, etc.).
Different packaging recipes can be created and stored in the HMI for quick, convenient switching. The line mainly includes a bottle feeding conveyor, bottle grouping mechanism, carton feeding mechanism, automatic case erector, Double-servo Robotic Case Packer, roller conveyor, automatic carton tape sealer, and palletizer.
Equipped with high-precision servo drives, it features accurate positioning, fast picking, and high case packing efficiency, ideal for small production lines with a capacity of up to 18,000 bottles per hour (BPH).
Our customized automatic Glass Bottling Wine Case Packing System is developed based on the dual-axis robotic arm picking principle, tailored to glass bottle packaging characteristics. As a complete system, it covers upstream to downstream packing—from empty bottle depalletizing & filling to final carton palletizing.
This case packing system is compatible with common glass bottle sizes (750ml, 1L, etc.). Different packaging recipes can be created and stored in the HMI for quick, convenient switching.

Our customized Automatic Pet Food Sachets Sorting Wraparound Carton Case Packaging Line is an end-of-case packing system, developed based on high-speed sorting and wraparound case packaging principles, tailored to small sachets or sticks packaging characteristics.
This end-of-case packaging line connects to the front-end sachets bagging machine. Disordered pet food sachets are manually placed into the sorting machine’s storage hopper, then conveyed via a belt elevator and multi-row rollers to become a single-layer, orderly output.
After visual recognition and orientation adjustment, sachets are aligned in a uniform direction and fed into the servo grouping mechanism. Via PLC and photoelectric sensor signal interaction, grouped sachets are conveyed to the case packing station’s buffer platform by belt according to preset quantity.
When the sensor detects wraparound carton blanks positioning, the wraparound case packer’s pneumatic device pushes counted sachets into the carton, completing automatic carton forming and hot-melt sealing.
Our customized automatic Automatic Yogurt Cups Wraparound Carton Case Packaging Line is a case packing system developed based on the wraparound case packaging side-pushing principle, tailored to cup or small box packaging characteristics.
This end-of-case packaging line connects to the front-end cup filling machine. Sealed yogurt cups are conveyed via a belt conveyor to the grouping station: an industrial camera identifies the cups, and a Delta robot picks them up in a preset arrangement and places them on a buffer conveyor line.
When the wraparound cardboard is positioned at the case packing station, the wraparound case packer’s pneumatic device pushes grouped yogurt cups sideways into the carton via PLC and photoelectric signal interaction, followed by carton gluing and sealing.
The line mainly includes a belt feeding conveyor, Camera Identification system, Delta Robot Sorting System, buffer conveyor line, wraparound case packer, and Nordson hot melt glue applicator.
