Automated Mineral Water Bottles Case Packaging Line
Whole Line Description 

The End of Mineral Water Case packing line is a standardized, quantitatively produced automatic Case Packer machine developed by our company based on the dual-axis robotic arm picking principle, tailored to the packaging characteristics of bottled water. This packaging line connects to the filling line of the Bottling Water production line and is compatible with various common bottle sizes on the market, such as 250ml, 500ml, 1L, etc. Different products can have different packaging recipes created and stored in the HMI, allowing for quick and convenient switching. The line mainly includes a bottle feeding conveyor, bottle grouping mechanism, carton feeding mechanism, automatic Case Erector, Double-servo Robotic Case Packer, Roller conveyor, automatic carton tape sealer, and Palletizer.

Equipped with high-precision servo drives, it offers accurate positioning, fast picking actions, and high case packing efficiency, making it perfectly suitable for small production lines with a capacity of up to 18,000 bottles per hour (BPH).

Bottles Grouping Structure  

The grouping mechanism is essential equipment in the pre-casepacking process. Different grouping methods and structures are selected according to the product shape and packaging characteristics. The Robotic case packer typically uses the following 3 methods to align and group bagged, bottled, and cupped products.

Cartons Roller Conveyor 

The main body of the fuselage is made of 3mm 304 stainless steel, powered by the motor, using Roller conveyor transportation, both sides by the guardrail. Conveyor width can be adjusted to accommodate a wide range of carton sizes.

Automatic Double-Servo Robotic Case Packer 

Double-servo Robotic-Arm Case packer also known as Twin-axis Robotic Carton Packaging Machine.The Case packer is designed by our company based on the grasping and placing principle of industrial robotic arms, combined with servo motion modules, and tailored according to the characteristics of Top-Loading. It is mainly fit for automated bottling lines or end of packaging production lines for regular products such as Bags/Pouches, Bottles/Jars, Cups, Boxes, and Cans. As a smart case packing solution, it is mostly used for high capacity continuous production especially the Heavy-duty product such as Bottles(0.5L-5L) and Bags(0.5-5kg). With its strong structure, stable gripping action, and high loading efficiency, this case packer effectively address the issues of large floor space occupation and low packaging efficiency associated with traditional case packer machines.

The servo-motion module is installed in the control cabinet of the case packer and communicates with the PLC of the case packer, which realizes automatic carton loading through the control module.

Low-level Palletizer

Low-level Palletizer also called Layers Palletizing Machine. Before palletizer system working, forklift places 10 empty pallets on the pallet dispenser; the pallet dispenser will send the empty pallet to the stacking position, products comes to the accelerate belt conveyor which will expand the distance between each product through the speed difference; the steering system will turn the direction of product according to the arrangements;and the arrangement mechanism will arrange the products in a certain order; the pushing mechanism will place the well-arranged products onto the pallets through a lifting platform. Repeat the actions until all products are stacked well. Whenever a stack of products is finished, the full pallet conveyor line will transport the products to the workstation of the forklift.

Safety

No operator is allowed to enter into the working range of machine. Operator and machine cannot work simultaneously within the joint operation area.

Guard fence shall be arranged around the working area of machine.

Operators who enter into the guard fence must have safety training. Safety switch of guard fence is treated as emergency stop.

All operable control devices of the system shall be installed outside the guard fence.

Necessary operating conditions must be checked before automatic start, re-start and manual operation of machine.

Other safety conditions must follow the safety regulations made by users.

Pallets Film Wrapper 

This machine have powered outfeed conveyor and powered conveyorized turntable system and is able to transport a wrapped load from the turntable to the outfeed conveyor if there is no wrapped load on the outfeed conveyor. The operator can start wrap cycle by remote control and the film is automatically attached and cut, allowing the operator to do other tasks. This arrangement eliminates the need for operators to place unwrapped loads on the floor, then pick them up again when the turntable is clear.
