Screw metering principle
Auger Filler Head is mainly composed of drive motor, hopper, screw, shaft, agitator, screw mounting sleeve, etc. The rotary feeding of the screw is powered by the servo motor, and the control signal of the number of rotation turns of the screw is calculated by the PLC.
According to the set weight value and material density to obtain the corresponding pulse signal, and then transmitted to the servo motor drive, and then driven by the servo drive according to the input signal of the PLC to rotate the corresponding number of turns, and drive the screw rotation by the synchronous belt to complete each filling feeding process, which can accurately control the number of rotation turns of the screw, thereby improving the accuracy of feeding.
