Product Description

Automatic Double Auger Filler Milk Powder Filling Line is the end of powder packing line for Canned products. This milk powder filling line is composed of powdery or fine granular material conveying&handling system, auger fillers, Cans seamer&capper, Metal detector, Data printer etc. The blended milk powder enters the double-head milk powder filling machine through screw conveyor or vacuum conveyor to realize automatic measuring and feeding, and then complete the function of automatic sealing, capping and coding.

Automatic Double Auger Filler Milk Powder Filling Line is mainly for Coffee powder, milk powder, Protein powder industries end of line packaging.This filling line is designed and constructed by TECHFLOWPACK. The main structure of machine in the line is made of S.S304,English is displayed in touch screen(customized),the machine is designed in term of National "QS" and "GMP" with European designing ideas.

It's available to store 10 kinds of working parameters in the machine for flexible product changeover. For the dusty materials, we can add a vacuum device to keep the workplace clean.

By changing the Screw model to scale different dosing weight. The machine has second weighting and filling after the first filling to make sure high accuracy and packing speed.Automatic and circulative empty cans peeling off. Automatic twice check, circulative reinforce.

Filling system is driven by three sets of servo motor, accurate positioning, high precision and settable rotary speed. Reasonable mechanical structure, easy to change parts and clean up.

 Cans unscrambler→Cans sterilization →Powders vacuum feeding→powder horizontal conveying (control the level of powder metering machine)→powder filling →electronic scale→injection Nitrogen unit →Cans seaming&capping →Cans cleaning→code printing

The main frame of all the equipments in this line is food grade stainless steel 304, and the conveying part of the empty tank is equipped with food grade dust cover.

Adopting main and auxiliary dual-head metering and weighing sensor design to ensure more accurate measurement.

Vacuum suction and feeding to ensure a clean environment and avoid material waste.

S.S316L as optional

For some special materials or special requirements of customers, the part of the material in direct contact with the material can be optional S.S316L, such as screw selection, silo and so on.
