Technical Features 01
The Lifting platform moves up and down by the driving force of the main motor. It is compacted by a SMC cylinder at three sides and by a hanging plate at the back to avoid the cracking of stack. A flexible roller is added on the movable plate, which can reduce the friction of boxes bottom and prevent boxes moving out of the lifting platform.

Cartons are transferred to arrangement&buffer system through the roller conveyor. In order to better meet customers' requirements for arrangement, an adjustable stop bar is installed under the system, which can be freely adjusted by hand and provide various modes of arrangement, thereby increasing the efficiency.

Using touch screen man-machine dialogue, the production speed can be displayed, and the cause of the fault location, high degree of automation. It adopts PLC programmable carton sorting stacking layers, pallet supply and discharge can be programmed to control.
