This High-speed servo case erector adopts bionic mechanical arm to make case opening and molding smoother and more efficient. Full servo drive control can realize precise control of parameters, for some special shape cartons which are difficult to be opened by traditional carton erector, such as flat carton, narrow carton, servo carton erector can be solved perfectly.

Adopting two servo motors to drive the belts on both sides to synchronize the operation of the belts on both sides to ensure that the cartons are formed straight and without wrinkles.

The cardboard storage chute is designed as a powerless box bank, replenishing cartons at any time without downtime.

The open structure of the two sides of the box makes it easier for the operator to see and operate.The whole machine is highly automated with a robot, reducing labour.
