Can the supplier provide a customer site with a running French fries packaging line for reference and inspection?

Once the equipment is assembled, a preliminary energizing test will be carried out. According to the contract, if the customer needs to provide original materials/samples or designated similar samples for testing, the samples must be delivered to our factory within one-third of the delivery cycle agreed in the contract. Techflowpack support both online and offline testing and acceptance.The online test will be carried out according to the video conference, including: equipment appearance, equipment actual installation size, equipment materials and configuration, equipment automatic operation test, jog test, and capacity test per unit time etc. Customers can also go to our workshop for on-site testing and acceptance. In case of defects, the equipment will be corrected as necessary and tested again until acceptance is completed. By visiting a customer’s existing site, the buyer can gain a more intuitive understanding of the french fry packaging line’s operating condition, packaging process, and equipment performance.

What necessary treatments must the French fry bags undergo before case packing?
According to the production line layout of Techflowpack , the bags fall into the buffer hoppers by photoelectric counting to complete the grouping (5-10 packs or customized).Carton magazine are automatically formed and sealed at the bottom by an opening machine and then conveyed along a roller conveyor line to the Case packing station. A pneumatic device lifts the carton 90 degrees to align with the discharge outlet of the buffer hopper. The side push mechanism of the case packer pushes the grouped bags into the carton according to photoelectric signals and PLC instructions. After the carton is lowered 90 degrees by the pneumatic device, it enters the roller conveyor line for online weight inspection. Qualified cartons are then marked with a laser coder and automatically sealed by tape sealer. The sealed cartons are automatically palletized by a robot, and then automatically wrapped with a stretch wrapper on the pallet before entering the automated warehouse for storage and turnover. Due to the sealing characteristics of the VFFS packaging machine, some manufacturers make holes in the bags to release excess air inside. After passing through metal detection and weight checking, the French fry bags are flattened by a vibrating conveyor belt, and then pass through a perforated vacuum belt, where they enter the case packing station smoothly by means of negative pressure adsorption.

What necessary inspections are required for bagged French fries before case packing?
Commonly available bagged French fries on the market typically undergo weight checking and metal detection. Techflowpack pays close attention to customer needs and has designed and developed a series of bagged food packaging solutions, covering automated handling, conveying, metal detection, case packing, weighing, and palletizing. According to the production line layout, the sealed fries bags are then conveyed by a belt conveyor through online metal detection, X-ray inspection, and weight checking, and then enter the vibratory shaping conveyor. After shaping, the bags enter the Case Packer’s buffer conveyor line, where they undergo vacuum exhaust and wait for grouping. Some customers have stricter quality control requirements; in addition to the above two inspections, they also add X-ray inspection. If foreign objects such as fruit peels, hair, or paper scraps are found inside the French fry bag, they will also be rejected from the production line.

How to select the packaging film material for frozen French fries?
With the rapid development of modern social economy, people have increasingly higher requirements for food safety, and food packaging technology is continuously being upgraded accordingly. Based on material characteristics and packaging cost control considerations, the mainstream packaging methods currently on the market include bagging, bottling, and cartoning.
