Screw metering principle
Auger Filler Head is mainly composed of drive motor, hopper, screw, shaft, agitator, screw mounting sleeve, etc. The rotary feeding of the screw is powered by the servo motor, and the control signal of the number of rotation turns of the screw is calculated by the PLC according to the set weight value and material density to obtain the corresponding pulse signal, and then transmitted to the servo motor drive, and then driven by the servo drive according to the input signal of the PLC to rotate the corresponding number of turns, and drive the screw rotation by the synchronous belt to complete each filling feeding process, which can accurately control the number of rotation turns of the screw, thereby improving the accuracy of feeding.
Applications
The auger head is the most common feeding device in the powder metering and powder packaging industry, which can be applied to the quantitative measurement of a variety of powders or fine particles such as flour, coffee powder, milk powder, tapioca flour, seasoning powder, chemical powder and other materials. The head is usually assembled into the FFS pouch packaging machine or Powder Filler for quantitative metering and dispensing of materials.
